On the fourth floor of the residence, we propose an exclusive, large-scale solar pavilion: a prestigious and elegant penthouse, structured on two levels and arranged with triple views.
The solution includes a large living area with double exposure and access to the loggia with panoramic views of the surrounding neighborhood. The loggia boasts a total area of more than 30 square meters and a depth of more than 4.5 meters, and is enhanced by the presence of elegant planters that partially screen the view.
From the living room and via a proprietary staircase there is access to the private bioclimatic greenhouse on the roof of the building, next to which is an exclusive roof garden. The entire solar pavement is surrounded by planters in order to create a lush urban mini-garden at altitude.
The apartment is completed with three large bedrooms, two of which have access to the second balcony with a depth of 1.6 meters, two bathroom rooms and a spacious storage room.
The architectural features of the penthouse are especially noteworthy: large planters for planting seedlings and flowers, balcony parapets made of masonry and often enriched with elegant glass inserts, corner opening of the master bedroom are just some of the peculiarities that make this design solution among the most striking and interesting.
