Structural consolidation

Structural consolidation is an intervention that, through careful, systematic application of technical specifications, allows buildings that have been damaged by subsidence or seismic activity to be placed in safety and/or recovered. At the same time, structural consolidation is necessary for all those buildings in need of static upgrading or adaptation.

Schiavi Spa specialises in the necessary structural consolidation works, using different techniques: from controlled demolition with bores made in the walls to install tie bars in steel, to the injection of mortars and resins to saturate the wall mass, finally arriving at the insertion of tacking, cast iron reinforcements, and nailing.
