The project management structure of Schiavi Spa carefully follows every architectural project, from the initial idea through to construction. The company is structured with its own staff to accompany clients at every stage in the buying process: from the design of the whole building, through to the customisation of living solutions, from assistance in paperwork and administration (building paperwork, notary deeds, utilities), through to after-sales technical and business support.
OUR STORY
Since at least 1819, the sacramental registers for the Parish of Bossico has been calling the building company Schiavi “artists”. This term has a dual artisanal flavour: carpentry and masonry combined in mountain architecture. But it was only in 1928, with the establishment of the joint-stock company that Cavalier Luigi Schiavi followed in the traditions of a family that has now reached its fifth consecutive generation.
The many years of experience, handed down from father to son, has allowed the Schiavi Spa building company to achieve the very highest levels of organisational and technological quality.
All this has meant the creation of an accurate system of focused, continued customer assistance, both before sales, with the purpose of guiding the client in expressing their needs, and after, to monitor any requests for routine and/or extraordinary maintenance and the technical resolution of any problems. We also offer a ten-year guarantee for our buildings.
