Social welfare facility for the elderly with a capacity of 120 beds, apt to provide housing and related services (kitchen, rehabilitation gymnasium, worship area, assisted bathing and recreational activities) for totally or partially self-sufficient elderly and/or those with alzheimer’s syndrome.
The building is divided into five distinct interconnected cores.
The building, structured on four above-ground floors in addition to the basement, has a roof area of about 2,000 square meters for a total of 30,000 cubic meters.
