For this multifamily residential building in Bossico, built on a base of squared porphyry that gives the structure elegant solidity, Schiavi Spa managed the original construction, resulting in a recognizable and detached architecture that emerges from the landscape with elegant finishes enhanced by the use of traditional materials such as stone and wood.
The company is currently engaged in a total renovation of the building to adapt it to contemporary style and use. The interventions include structural improvement with anti-seismic purposes; energy efficiency through the use of the latest technologies; the removal of architectural barriers through the connection of the floors with an elevator and the construction of a new and more spacious internal staircase; the redesign of the interiors for even more spacious, bright and comfortable rooms; and the aesthetic update to the most contemporary styles in full respect of the building’s original DNA.
