Residence “Matterhorn”

Construction of two residential buildings in subsidized housing, four stories each, located within a new neighborhood built on the edge of the countryside surrounding the town of Bellusco. Each body of the building consists of a main element onto which two other bodies are orthogonally grafted; this allowed for three overlooks for each apartment. The building system is of the traditional type, with a load-bearing structure and a double-pitch roof made of reinforced concrete, perimeter masonry infill, partly plastered and partly covered with “face brick.”
