Concorezzo City Hall
The project involved upgrading Villa De Capitani, located in the center of the town of Concorezzo, by converting it into a public building. The work involved the structural consolidation of the envelope and interior floors, as well as the re-roofing of the entire roof. The interior spaces have been equipped with the latest plant systems.
School
The new school assumes a “slingshot” distribution of bodies: classrooms find space in the open arms while the entrance hall, laboratories and educational management are grafted into the convergence volume. Therefore, by the explicit choice of the designer, the purpose of the spaces succeeds in being evident already on the outside of the structure.

Middle School
Adopting the best design criteria of school functionality, the public education institution is distributed over the entire available lot, carving out outdoor spaces that lighten the structure and encourage outdoor education. The external articulation of volumes makes its internal purpose recognizable: offices along the street, the defiladed gymnasium, connections to classrooms including special classrooms.
Hospital

Residential
The philological renovation, attentive to period materials and building types, intervenes on buildings purchased by the municipality for use as new housing. Structural consolidation in reinforced concrete thus marries the accomplished preservation of the historic site, which retains exposed traditional wooden joists.
