Protected Residence for the Elderly

The second lot intervention complements the existing building and converts its spaces to a day care center for the elderly.The general technological makeover and rearrangement of the interior rooms respond to the adaptation of the facility to the new uses.Short paths traced through the greenery allow you to enjoy the garden on the side.

Sports Center

The construction of the soccer field also includes the delivery of bleachers, locker rooms and janitor house. Serving the residential neighborhood, the camp is easily recognizable from the street as it has no boundary walls.The lawn succeeds in enjoying the view from outside as well, thus characterizing the architecture of the area.

Commissioner “Pia Olmo”

The modernization of the health care facility, used as a Residence for the Elderly, works on both architecture and plant engineering.In fact, the intervention balances the preservation of the external envelope and the technological renovation of the interior. Within the outline of the old building, modernly functional spaces are thus derived.

Elementary School

The new school building stands in an area specially dedicated by the municipality for public educational institutions. Single-pitch sloping roofs denote a free, exuberant architectural line. Classrooms, executive offices, laboratories and a gymnasium punctuate the facility. The buildings are separate from each other but face a single courtyard with embedded green spaces.
