By preserving the prominent historic façade on St. Gotthard Street, the intervention made it possible to build new spaces for citizens’ health.
In fact, the multipurpose center for cancer care and prevention, called “Borgo Antico,” is located here. The historic lines of the facade thus coexist with the modern sanitary efficiency of the interior.
