The property, located opposite the entrance to the Villa Reale in Monza, represents one of the most prestigious hotels for the city. The intervention stems from the need to expand the accommodation capacity of the historic core of the hotel, particularly by equipping it with high-luxury suites and modern, high-tech conference rooms. The work involved the renovation of the adjacent building through the preservation and enhancement of the Art Nouveau features of the facade and the complete renovation of the interior parts. Internally, special attention has been paid to the connection with the existing body of the hotel, the high quality finishes of the rooms, and the provision of a high level of plant engineering.
