In the wonderful setting of Bossico, we have created a residence located in an extraordinarily charming location, with a total of four apartments characterized by beautifully crafted, bright and very functional rooms that create synergistic paths between indoor and outdoor thanks to the total integration with the rich surrounding garden. The construction is completed by the area designated for garages, the large and distinctive stairwell, and the elegant entrance hall.
In terms of exterior aesthetics, the property is also distinguished by its elegance and the presence of sober details that enhance the beauty of the facade: stone basement, contemporary design frames at the windows, roofing with exposed wood beams and different types of plaster grain to highlight each detail. The residence expresses the architectural styles of the area with an innovative construction approach, totally oriented to an excellent degree of comfort.
For this project, Schiavi Spa took charge of all the steps: from land survey to architectural design, from construction to interior design.
