Recovery of the real estate compendium that belonged to the historic Bartesaghi Family, used as a summer residence and a farmhouse, consisting of two separate buildings surrounded by the centuries-old park.
The intervention is characterized by the modernization of the existing structures, safeguarding their historical peculiarities, shapes and volumes.
The facades have been softened by the use of arched structures for the ground floor arcades, and by colors and decorations that enhance the residential complex.
