In the picturesque scenery of Lake Iseo, we offer housing units inside the prestigious Ferlendis Palace, an historical building dating back to the 15th century, completely restored and returned to its former glory.
Over the centuries, the building has been used for different purposes: in the 15th century it was a noble residence and then the barracks of the Napoleonic army. Later it was used as a girls' school, then again a home in the last century.
The building directly overlooks Lake Iseo on one side and the city park of Villa Milesi on the other.
The conservative restoration of this monument was operated directly by SCHIAVI SPA, protecting the peculiarities and the distinctive features that have made this beautiful building important through the centuries.
The Ferlendis Palace now houses, in addition to apartment units, a pharmacy, a modern spa, and various directional activities.
The residences, located on the top floor, enjoy special solutions, such as open space ceilings and large openings on the outside.
