Schiavi Spa is a local reference concerning interventions of restoration and conservative restoration aiming to preserve and recover the buildings while ensuring their functionality through a systematic list of interventions.

The latter will be made in respect of formal, structural as well as typological elements of the building and will include consolidation, recovery and renovation of the constitutive elements of the building, introduction of accessory elements and implants required according to the designated use, removal of elements that are not part of the original building.

Specifically, the conservative restoration includes the list of action aiming to preserve, restore and highlight the value of the characteristics and peculiarities of a building, especially if the building has a high historical, artistic, environmental or architectural value. This kind of intervention can include the use of materials and techniques different from the ones used originally, provided they are congruent with the characteristics of the building.

The conservative restoration can also be finalized to change the designated use of the building, provided this is still consistent with the typological, structural and formal characteristics of the building.
